-Quotes are only valid for 7 business days due to market fluctuations.

 

Deposit

-A deposit of 50% is required before we proceed with your custom order. 

-Your deposit is non-refundable and the balance is due on delivery.

 

Form of Payments

-We accept all major credit cards, business checks, bank wire transfer, or Paypal. 

-Credit card and Paypal payments are subjected to a 3% surcharge. 

-Please allow 3-5 business days for checks to clear before the item is shipped.

-Bank Wire transfer is preferred. Once agreed upon, we will send over the banking information to process the transfer. 

 

Sales Tax

-All clients must have a Texas Sales and Use Tax Certificate. Please fill out form and email to info@platinumbyle.com. 

 

Lifetime Warranty

-Our jewelry is all handcrafted in house and we stand behind the craftsmanship and integrity of each piece of jewelry we deliver.  Your jewelry will go through a strenuous quality control inspection to ensure that it passes the highest standard. 

-The warranty does not include general wear and tear, accidental breakage, theft, loss, or damages not related to craftsmanship. In normal circumstances, gold and precious metals can wear down due to the soft nature of the materials. 

-If your item has been altered by a third party or different jeweler besides Platinum by Le, the warranty is voided. This includes sizing, polishing, or any other adjustments. 

 

Lead Time

-10 business days

-Holiday Times you can expect a longer lead time of 15 business days.

Shipping

-Orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Shipping Cost applies. 

-We can obtain a quote for International shipping if you wish. However, you will be responsible for all VATs and tariffs charged.  

-Platinum by Le is not held responsible for shipping delays, loss, or damaged incurred during the
